"Refund came through, just took a while"
I did a return and it was fine overall, I guess. It just took longer than I thought it would. Not really sure if that’s normal or what, but I did get my refund in the end, so it worked out. Just felt a bit slow.

"Packaging didn’t really live up to what was promised"
The box showed up looking beat up, which was annoying because I was expecting better packaging based on what was promised. Thankfully, the boots were fine inside, so it wasn’t a total disaster. Still, if you say items will be packed securely, they should actually arrive that way. Not terrible overall, but definitely something they need to improve.

I ordered from Welligogs and ended up needing to return something. The return part itself was straightforward, but getting the refund was a whole different story. It took ages, and I had to chase them more than once just to find out what was going on. Their replies were slow too, which made it even more frustrating. I did get my money back eventually, but the whole thing left me feeling a bit stupid for trusting them in the first place.

"Exchange took longer than I expected"
I had to follow up a few times to get my exchange sorted. It did get resolved in the end, but it took way longer than I thought it would. I’ve had exchanges with other places that were a lot... anyway, this one just felt slow.

I went in hoping to pick up a few things, but pretty much everything I was looking for was out of stock. It was frustrating because I ended up leaving without getting anything I needed

"Nice jacket just kinda pricey"
I got a jacket from welligogs and yeah it turned up fine, no problems really. It looks good and the quality feels decent too, but for what I paid I was expecting a little bit more maybe. Kinda feels like part of the price is just the brand and the style. I’ll definitely wear it, but not sure I’d be in a hurry to order again unless there was a sale or something.

I wanted to like it, but it looked kind of dated and bulky in person. It just wasn’t my thing, and the overall design felt off to me, that part was weird.

I really wanted to like this coat, but it felt kind of cheap right out of the package. After just one wear, the stitching started coming loose, which pretty much told me what I needed to know. Reading between the lines, it seems like the quality just isn’t there for the price.

I was gutted when this showed up. The colour on the website looked like a totally different shade, but in real life it was way darker and just not the vibe I thought I was getting.

I know screens can mess with colours a bit, fair enough, but this wasn’t just a tiny difference. For the price, I expected better photos or at least a heads-up in the description. Wouldn’t buy again if the exact colour matters, tbh

I ordered this thinking it would show up in about a week, but it ended up taking quite a bit longer. The tracking updates weren’t very clear either, which made the wait feel even more frustrating. The product itself was fine once it finally arrived, but the slow delivery was definitely disappointing.

"Helpful, though a little slow"
I had to reach out to customer service because of a sizing issue. They did get back to me and were polite, but it took a couple days longer than I expected, which was a bit frustrating.
They helped me get the return sorted in the end, so it wasn’t a huge problem. I just think quicker, clearer updates would make the whole thing easier, which seems like common sense

It does keep me warm, so I’ll give it that, but it’s a bit bulkier than I expected. After paying, I started to feel a little unsure if it was going to be worth it, and when it arrived it kind of matched that feeling. Not terrible, just not amazing either.

"Delivery felt kind of unreliable"
My order ended up taking way longer than they originally said, and the tracking barely changed the whole time. The items were fine once they finally got here, but my gut feeling is that I wouldn’t count on their shipping if you need something by a certain date.

"Felt cheaper than I expected"
This just didn’t feel worth the money to me. The fabric seems cheap in person, and the stitching looks like it was done in a hurry. Maybe it would be fine for someone who only needs it once, but I was expecting something a bit better quality.

"Nice look, not much comfort"
Got these from welligogs.com. They do look good. But comfort? Not great. After a couple hours, my feet were sore. Fine for short wear maybe. Not all day. For the price, I expected better

"Looked nice, but didn’t last at all"
I actually liked these at first and thought they looked good, so I’m kind of annoyed to say they fell apart way too fast. After only two wears, mine ripped. They seemed decent when I got them, but the quality just isn’t there.

I found the descriptions unhelpful, honestly. The sizing info isn’t clear enough, and I couldn’t really tell what the material would feel like from what was written. For me, that makes it hard to feel confident ordering, so I’d probably pass unless they improve the details.

I liked a lot of the clothes I saw, but using the website on my phone was kind of frustrating. It loaded slowly, the filters didn’t always narrow things down the way I expected, and checkout took longer than I’m comfortable with. When a site feels clunky like that, I get a little cautious about placing an order, even if the products look good. Overall, not a terrible experience, but it definitely made me think twice.

"I bought these for walking the dog..."
I bought these for walking the dog in wet weather and expected them to just do the job. The first couple of walks were fine, but after a few rainy days my socks started feeling damp around the toes, which got old fast.

They do look nice and they fit well, so I’m not saying they’re completely useless. But for the price, I don’t have much patience for boots that can’t handle proper rain. I wouldn’t buy them again for wet weather.
